Enzymes

Multi Enzyme Blend

A metabolon is a group of enzymes in a biosynthetic pathway that organizes spatially forming protein-protein interactions thereby generating a supramolecular complex with the ability to channel metabolites among the component enzymes. Multienzyme complexes catalyze important reactions in central metabolic process such as photosynthesis, respiration and amino acid synthesis. It is composed of multienzymes in genometric arrangement that allows the transfer of each rection product to the next enzyme. This prevents intermediate products from diffusing, ensuring that the reaction goes to completion. MULTIZYME is used to reduce the bloating flatulence, relieve chronic indigestion, supplement enzymes in when the body is unable to produce enough and aid in digestion after heavy meal.

Amylase

Alpha-amylase is derived from fungal source called aspergillus oryzae and found in all biological things. The internal organs create an Alpha-amylase termed ptyalin in the gastrointestinal tracts of people and numerous animals, while the pancreas secretes gastrointestinal juices towards the intestinal tract. Alpha-amylase works best at a pH of 6.7–7.0.

Lactase

Lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose, the sugar in milk. Some people don't make enough lactase and are unable to digest lactose well on their own. Lactase splits lactose to produce the sugars glucose and galactose. Lactase is an enzyme present in the gut that is responsible for breaking down complex lactose sugars into simpler sugars such as glucose and galactose which can then be utilized for energy and bodily functions.

Cellulase

Cellulase enzyme plays a key role in hydrolyzing β-1,4-glycosidic linkage in cellulase, a dominant component in plant cell wall. Cellulase which contributed to a large proportion in the global market of industrial enzymes signifies its status as an important enzyme class in the market. Cellulase break down the cellulase molecule into monosaccharides ("simple sugars") such as β-glucose, or shorter polysaccharides and oligosaccharides. Cellulase breakdown is of considerable economic importance, because it makes a major constituent of plants available for consumption and use in chemical reactions.

Lipase

Lipase is an enzyme that breaks down triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol by catalyzing the hydrolysis of the ester bonds in triglycerides. Lipases are present in pancreatic secretions and participate in fat digestion and metabolism. Lipase is used in food industry and have been applied in the synthesis of fine chemicals, biodiesel production, the production of biopolymeric materials, the detergent industry, organic synthesis, the paper and pulp industry, the synthesis of ingredients for personal care products, the synthesis of surfactants

Neutral Protease

Neutral protease refers to a class of proteases that can act catalysis in a neutral, weakly acidic, or weakly alkaline environment. Its optimal pH is between 6.0 and 7.5, and can catalyze the hydrolysis of peptide bonds of proteins, releasing amino acids or peptides. Neutral proteases are widely used in the food industry to improve food quality, stability and solubility. Neutral proteases is produced by Aspergillus Niger can change the properties of gluten in flour by hydrolysis, and bacterial-derived neutral proteases can also be applied to beverage clarification. Since the leachate of black tea is digested with neutral protease, the ultrafiltration flux changes significantly due to its high soluble protein content.
